  • How long will it take to build my new home?

Each house is different. Therefore, the timeframe varies per project. That being said, the entire process from beginning to end takes around 6 to 9 months.

  • Do we need to contract with you for the entire project?

Nope! You can decide if you want to do the electrical work or the plumbing work yourself, with us, or with another source. It's up to you.

  • What can you frame?

    • New homes
    • Decks

  • What is the best way to utilize a sunroom?

Our customers use their sunrooms for a variety of things. Your sunroom can be a place to relax, a place for your pet, a place to watch TV, etc.

  • Can you add a sunroom to a deck?

Yes! This can be done by installing some patio flooring and some glass or screen panels. Adding a sunroom to your existing deck is a great way to add space without building a brand-new addition.

  • Will the parts or enclosures of my sunroom rust or deteriorate?

No. Garth Enterprises uses high-quality marine-grade parts that are made to resist rusting or drying out.

  • What is the difference between a sunroom and a room addition?

Sunrooms are designed to make you feel like you're outside, whereas a room addition is designed to make you feel like you're inside.

  • Can you make a sunroom look like it's part of the house?

Yes, we can! Our goal is to make your sunroom look like it's always been a part of your home, which means we'll match the exterior siding and interior flooring with your sunroom.
